Sanitation
To improve hygiene practices and to reduce the transmission of water andsanitation related dieses,Shamayita Math has been working in several villagesto generate awareness and adapt healthy sanitation practice.
The Math is working with government agencies and carrying out the implementation of School Sanitation Program in several villages.
In this year 60 sanitary toilets have been constructed in primary schools. In addition 65 household sanitary toilets were constructed for the entire village of Sheulibona – a tribal village in Bankura.
In coming year Shamayita Math will cover all the primary schools of four panchayat and BPL individualhousehold under this program.
